Booking Information:
In order to process your request we will need the following: Your name, address, phone/fax number and email address
Number of boats you will need, number of people per boat, total in party
Fly or conventional fishing preference
Desired booking dates
Release Form: All guests booked on the trip must fill out, sign and return a release form to our Houston, TX reservation office prior to their trip. This form may be faxed or mailed. Release forms will be sent with you initial invoice. THIS FORM IS MANDATORY FOR EACH GUEST.
Disclaimer: we request that you or your travel agent send us your hotel, personal, and flight information in a timely fashion. We waive responsibility for complications arising from the last-minute booking of hotels, charters, and ground transfers, although we will assist you to the best of our ability.
Deposit Information:
All deposits are due 14 days after reservations are made through our booking office.
For Package Deals, the deposit is 50% of the rate times the number of guests.
For Boat Charters, the deposit is 50% of the daily rate times the number of days booked.
RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED until your deposit is received.
If no deposit is received and/or posted 14 days after you have been invoiced, your reservation is subject to cancellation and the space can be sold to customers requesting space ( we will then waitlist you for that week as a courtesy, should space become available) .
Final Payment:
The balance of your invoice is due in our office 45 days before the departure date of your trip.
If payment has not been received by the designated time, Pro SportFishing reserves the right to sell the space in question with forfeiture of all monies previously paid.

Personal Check
Money order
Cashiers check (drawn from a U.S. Bank)
**Please note that we only maintain a small amount of cash on property, therefore cashing multiple travelers checks could be a problem. We suggest that each person in your party bring approximately $200.00 to $300.00 in U.S. Dollars.
Cancellation Policy:
Payments made on your trip are 100 % refundable for cancellations made in writing at least 91 days prior to your arrival date in Guatemala, less a $100.00 dollar cancellation fee.
Cancellations made 45-90 days prior to your arrival date, regardless of reason, will earn you a $500 per person credit on a future trip booked with us. The remainder is non-refundable.
Cancellations less than 45 days prior to arrival are entirely non-refundable, and no credit is given.
